Diane I have been a member of Vida Wellness Club for over a decade. It’s not just a club your part of a very special “Familia”
The exercise and dance is always fun and everyone is made to feel very welcome.
There are also lots of social events and outings. What better way to make friends and keep your mind and body active.

Ro I have unlimited membership which is value for money. Class members are like family having fun together. Zumba classes are high impact with great Latino music. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve posture, body mass, cardiovascular and wellness.
